
1. Booking fee is $30, payable at time of booking. Fee is
forfeited if booking cancelled within 3 weeks of hire date.
2. Cost is $170 per night, between noon to midnight. Each
hour after midnight is an additional $15 at the committee's discretion.
3. Bond of $120 to be paid with hire fee before hire date.
4. Booking and bond fees refunded where facility returned to
pre-hire condition.
5. Charges after midnight settled promptly after hireage.
6. Premises to be cleaned and vacated by 10 a.m. the day following
the hire.
7. Hirer provides personal supplies such as toilet soap, hand
towels, toilet paper, tea towels, dish liquid, catering equipment.
8. Club furniture and equipment available to hirers as part of
hire cost.
9. The club employs a security firm to secure the premises and
rest alarms at pre-arranged time.
10. Alternative requirements may be negotiated.
