I.E 1 of the 3 committee members authorised to request new keys from the locksmith or shall be based on a recommendation from a sponsor.  Members may alternativly apply in writing to the committee for consideration.

Examples

EG 2 ...Joe Brown (club coach) recommends that Bill Jones has a key to Westshore shed to allow winter training.
EG 3 Bill Jones asks writes to the committee requesting a key to Westshore shed to allow winter training and committee approves or declines.

Please treat clubhouse and gear shed security as if it were your own property. There is a lot of club and private equipment stored at these venues.

At the Parade Club House ensure the front door is always locked. Always. Members of the public have a habit of just wandering in. We want to avoid temptation.   A lapse in security consciousness could ruin everybody's' season.
